I just found a recipe that looks good and it was called "Amusement Park Corn Bread" and the description said something about it being "magical." I figured it was like a corn bread served somewhere in WDW. Anyone know?

Cape May Clam Bake has awesome corn bread, so doesnt Flame Tree BBQ and CP has this wonderful corn spoon bread

Hmm...thanks! Here's the recipe, if you're interested:

Amusement Park Cornbread

Original recipe yield:
1 - 8 inch skillet

INGREDIENTS
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 3/4 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/3 cups milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 9 x 13 in pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar, salt, butter and vanilla until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and cornmeal. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with the milk. Beat well until blended.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

We had a delicious spoon cornbread at Hollywood & Vine. Whispering Canyon Cafe's cornbread was pretty good, too.
