I voted WL because it is my favorite resort. It depends on what type theme you enjoy the most. I have stayed at the Poly and it was fine. The biggest advantage is the monorail, but I think it is the only thing they have over WL. If you enjoy watching the animals, then go to AKL.

I voted for the Polynesian, even though it's not my favorite WDW resorts.

Out of the choices you give, I think the Poly would best be suited for a honeymoon. The views of the castle from the Poly beach is a nice way to end your evening. The convenience of the monorail to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot and the tropical ambiance of the Poly seem to say "honeymoon" more than the WL or the AKL, in my opinion.

I voted Poly, but I think it actually depends on what type of atmosphere the two of you enjoy.

Since I have not stayed at any of these resorts, I'll have to recommend that you consider the Boardwalk. We stayed there for our Honeymoon five years ago (now that we have DS, we stay at YC...quieter!)
BW was awesome, loud and exciting at night (if you like that!) and we had a balcony right over I think Spoodles (?)
Very romantic!
You're also very accessible to Epcot (about a two minute walk!) and MGM by boat.

We get married in nov. and are staying at the poly conc. just wanted to make sure I made the right choice.

My hubby and I stayed at both Poly & WL on our honeymoon. We adored the Poly, as you feel like your on your own little island and very quite. WL on the other hand was obnoxiously loud every morning we heard the bell for breakfast and tons of kids. P.S. we ate our first real sit down meal as husband and wife at Ohana's and it was the best ever. If you make reservations when the fireworks at MK are being let off they dim the lights and pipe in the music. Oh and don't miss the best Pina Coloada's ever!! They are desert like. Congrat's.
