Which good neighbor Hotels allow guests 18+?

I never booked a room younger than 20 and it was one of the DLR hotels so I don't have personal experience, but I suppose your best bet is to find a hotel that you're interested in and then calling their in house reservations to be sure before booking.

...or 25 for certain classes of cars. And those that can be rented to those under 25 typically come with a very hefty surcharge.

I always thought you had to be 25 to rent a car. I remember my boyfriend told me that a few years ago or so, his car broke down (or something like that) and he couldn't rent a car because he was under 25 so his dad had to rent the car for him. I guess it depends on the company.

Luckily, I turn 21 in May so I don't have to worry about the things you have to be at least 21 for and my boyfriend is 26 so he doesn't have to worry about things you need to be at least 25 for.

Thanks for the input everyone!

I ended up calling the Best Western that is right across from the park, and after explaining everything to him, he let me know that it is fine to stay there if you are 18 and accompanying the 17 year old guests. The credit card number did not have to be in any of our names, they just need one in case anything happens.

We are also able to pay in cash, so we'll have no problems with visas or anything.

In contrast, the Desert Inn and Suites required you to be 21 to book and stay. It just depends on which hotel you plan to stay at.
