We are like two hours in and no one has the new paperwork? We need to know if there are surprises! READ IT CAREFULLY!!!!

I got mine read it

exact same as what I signed last year for akl but replace gfv wording

its the original association and makes no mention of big Pine

my ownership stake is in a unit that has a number lower than 15. Guessing that means the gfv1 building but someone may know better

You'd better read that again Mister! And a third time for good measure. There's gotta be some nefarious Disney shenanigans lurking in there somewhere.

I focused my attention on the language regarding the fixed week ownership interest and, specifically, if the right calendar week, villa, type and view were properly noted.

As did mine, what building would sub 15 be in. Vgf1 or vgf2
I do not know - my guess is VGF2, because if it’s VGF1, then legally wouldn’t they have to give people 2021 UY points? (Not me since I have a March UY but I could see someone challenging them over selling a deed to an existing timeshare building which should come with 2021 points but didn’t in this case.)

How long is it taking everyone to get their paperwork? It's been 3 hours since I've spoken with my guide and nada. I see others who purchased this morning already have points in their account 😵.

No rush but want to get an idea if somethings up..... (and the luggage LOL)

I got mine about an hour after I called, but I called at 6:30am PST. I'm guessing the people that called earlier got their's faster because there were less people. As more people buy they have more work to do. And the luggage is in the contract.

I talked to my guide at 9:24am EST, got my documents at 12:27PM and 12:30PM EST. Not sure when the points loaded but by the time I checked at 1:35PM EST they were already in. Grand Floridian is now listed as one of my home resorts, aaaaaaaand I can now see Riviera availability!

Thank you both!!! I called in lunchtime so probably already a backlog-I’ll keep waiting. My guide leaves at 7, but I’m hoping it gets done today!

should I just be on the lookout for a DocuSign email? Or is it a dvc email?

I got mine around 3 pm and talked to my guide right at 9 am. Mine was a new membership..which is now up and I have my first two trips booked on the points.

Was able to cancel my one July night at VGF using my Dec UY and pick it up with my June UY and then got 2 nights in December in a 2 bedroom SV at VGF so I dropped the SSR nights that we back up!

It came from Disney Vacation Club via DocuSign, and subject line "Please DocuSign: Disney Vacation Club Purchase Documents".
