Where's the VGF2 paperwork?

Bought 2 contracts. Both are in the same unit. Several numbers below 15 & still waiting to understand the significance . Spoke to my guide 9:32. They charged my credit card quickly. Received one DocuSign email at 11:07am and the other at 11:12am. Points were already added to my by the time I logged on to check by 2pm (which was before I completed the docs).

Just got an email update from my guide that there are 250 pending contracts in the queue from yesterday. No word on how many were processed yesterday though.

that seems faster than most have speculated. Didn’t someone post that riviera had 450 or so sold the first month? Or am I remembering that incorrectly?

LOL. Better not get foreclosed or the finance company is coming for your luggage and putting it on a surface people will eat on.

Unit 11 checking in!

Guide took 10% down around lunch time yesterday. Didn't get the docusign until last night. This morning the guide said the team was super busy from the first day. Had to get the certificate of trust notarized this morning which was a weird requirement, didn't have to do that on the resale contract.

Luggage gift was in the contract. Also noticed they reserve the right to delete any existing resorts at any time and that Reflections and Disneyland might not be added to DVC.

It's on Page 3, bullet #5 of the purchase agreement:

Other DVC Resorts. BVTC has reserved the right to associate additional resorts as DVC Resorts or delete existing DVC Resorts from time to time. PURCHASERS should refer to the Public Offering Statement for details concerning the addition or deletion of DVC Resorts. The next proposed projects at Reflections-A Disney Lakeside Lodge and at Disneyland are only possible component sites which may never be added to the Disney Vacation Club multi site timeshare plan. Neither DVD nor any of the TWDC Companies have any obligation to build any additional Disney Vacation Club resorts or to add additional component sites to the Disney Vacation Club multi site timeshare plan. Do not purchase an interest in a Disney Vacation Club resort in reliance upon the addition of new resorts or component sites.

Same unit!!! Must be that is the one they are selling!! That statement is in all the POS documents and include any potential resorts that have been mentioned in the past.

DVD offered the first 500 owners who added on at least 125 points at VGF a luggage set,

It sold out in 24 hours.

The luggage set was only available to purchasers in Canada, the US, and Puerto Rico (according to my guide).
