Shula's has the best (and most expensive) steak on property. It is not covered by the dining plan.
All signature restaurants have good steaks - but most only have one. Yachtsman is a steak house - so they have more than a single steak. With the other restaurants, you should note the preparation - Flying Fish has a good steak, but its charred - which some people don't like. Jiko's is served on a bed of the best mac and cheese ever, but if you aren't a mac n cheese person (I'm gluten intolerant - I'm not terribly impressed with the Jiko steak - my husband LOVES it - and its a good steak, but its the mac n cheese that makes it). I wasn't impressed with the Narcoosee's steak, but perhaps I just was unlucky.
Of the one credit restaurants, Le Cellier is a steakhouse with a few steaks on their menu, and the best reputation. On occation, the steak here is better than at some of the signature places (though we've only found that true once in half a dozen trips - and the steak it was better than was that unimpressive Narcoosee's steak eaten the night before.)
