I went to walmart today to find the bodyglide that I have heard discussed here to prevent chafing (sp?). I looked and could not find it and I even asked an associate who did not know. Where would I find this? Thank you!

It is called Body Glide, I did a google search and found out they sold it at my gym.

It looks like a stick of deoderant.

We used it on our feet, and did not get one single blister. We were wearing new sandals (dumb I know) we didn't have time to properly break them in. I am certain, the Body Glide prevented the blisters.

My husband used it on his legs to prevent chafing.

My husband bought the Band-Aid brand anti-chafing glide stick at Target, it was next to the blister Band-Aids.

We bought Body Glide in Dick's Sporting Goods in the biking section, it was $9.99 for a deodorant size container.

I found some at Mark's Work Warehouse.

I brought it to WDW but never used it-I didn't need it.

I get it at a runners store,I can't imagine a runner's store that doesn't carry this product.I've heard other people talk about other similar products that probably work somewhat but for me since I can totally rely on Bodyglide I'll keep buying it.I know for example that I'll chafe for sure at a waterpark or possibly on a day I'll be walking a lot with very hot temperatures since I'll sweat a lot,I know with Bodyglide I'm good for the day with no issues. If the Bodyglide people are reading this I'm down for making a commercial for you guys.

Use spray deodorant.
. . . cheap
. . . readily available
. . . meant to retard sweating
. . . powder makes things slide

You need a specialty store or sporting goods store. FWIW stick deoderant, or Monistat gel works the same and is ALOT CHEAPER

You can buy it at Academy, or Sports Authority. I love that stuff!!

I used this in May, and for the first time ever, I did not get a single blister on my Disney trip.

You can also get small travel size sticks, cheaper and you can take them with you into the park if you need to reapply! I <3 Bodyglide!!

I bought Body Glide from Academy sports. That stuff really works. I sometimes have problems with chafing on my legs with all the walking in the heat at WDW. So I bought some for my trip two months ago. No problems the whole week. Awesome stuff.
