Where to eat before MNSSHP?

I know I'm a little late to this party! After receiving THE email, we decided to head for a quick trip 10/13 - 10/17 and attend MNSSHP on 10/14. Well, here's a suprise (not really) ... there are no PSs left for LTT. So any suggestions?

In my predicament is it best to eat a big late lunch then snack the rest of the night or will restaurants be open after 4pm and we can eat at the park? The CM who answered the phone was real cute. He said to me "Did ya really think anything was going to be available" and giggled. I told him no, but could always be hopeful.

So if you are going to MNSSHP... where are you eating?

If you want to eat in the park, you can also eat at Crystal Palace, the castle, or Tony's. I believe they close at 6pm though on MNSSHP nights, so you'd have an earlier seating.

We made PS at Crystal palace. I did not pay attention to what time they were closing but we booked at Around 5:00 and it worked out great. We absolutely loved the buffet there.

Hiya, Sweetpea! You're going again? You lucky duck!
I seriously considered it myself after getting all these great offers but I think we're going to wait and go in February again--the week before the AP's expire.

You might think about eating at one of the monorail hotels before going in for the party if you can't get ps's in the park. It seems like we ate at the character dinner at 1900 Park Fair (is that the name?) when we went to MNSSHP last time.

Hope you have a great time!

How are you? Yea... We're going, took THE email to convinvce DH, but we're set. I'm really looking forward to going again.

I'm really just starting to plan this trip, for the last one I think I started planning 6 months in advance, so I'm a little behind on this one. This is going to be a low budget trip (if there is such a thing when going to WDW!) I told the kids this is the no-frills version... no HDDR, no character meals (ok so I tried to get LTT to suprise them, but no luck), no special tours, no Disney Quest.

Thanks for the advise for 1900s, I'll have to look into that!

We're dining at 'Ohana before the Halloween party. Since we're dressing as Lilo and her "family," it seemed like a perfect match. Plus, we love their food, and the resort is right on the monorail.

77 days and counting . . . again!

The rest of the restaurants will take PS up until 6:00p. Only LTT takes PS till 9:00p.

I have heard from many that the Plaza is a good restaurant although I have not eaten there. I do plan to try it on my next trip though. What about trying for Liberty Tree Tavern?
