The colors remind of Dinoland so I'll start there.

This is from a resort but it's not carpet.

We've been expecting it but hoping it wouldn't happen. Howard Payne announced today that all fall sports will be moved to spring. That will make a whole 10 MONTHS between soccer games for Allie PLUS...Katie will also be playing beginning in January! We are going to have a VERY BUSY spring sports season and it will be even COLDER at Allie's games since she'll be further north and playing in January. No word yet if they still have to report on August 14th; they will still be allowed to train and practice as a team. She expected it too so she wasn't to disappointed....says it will give her a better chance to get adjusted to the college classroom. So true...but I know she's SO ready to get back out on the soccer field and we're so eager to watch her play again!

Not really liking the new paint job on the Castle.

I would freak out. I absolutely hate driving over bridges. If I'm not driving I will close my eyes. I don't like tunnels either. When we were driving to FL last trip me, Don and Nick took turns driving. We switched out every 2-4 hours. I don't like heights or bridges and when it was my turn this is what I had to drive over. The Delaware Bridge I was literally having a panic attack. The bridge is so high and very long. These pics are from the internet.

That would be a good bridge for training runs. Definitely would strengthen the calf muscles

It WOULD be if you could dodge the traffic! BUT...BFF says...stay OFF that water ... she was once boating through the trees and a snake FELL into the boat! That has to be one of my worst nightmares! It's really a "maddening" feeling being stuck in traffic on that thing...!

Yes...at least...SO FAR...it's not cancelled! No word on the schedule yet. Not sure if they'll add the pre-season games back in or just go directly to conference play. She wants to play soccer ... and we want to WATCH!!! High school soccer starts the first week in January so at least she'll be able to watch the girls during the Waller tournament...unless the coach calls them back from winter break early. Have to think positive though...only postponed and it DOES give her a chance to get acclimated to "college life". Her move in date was moved to August 20th....which is good 'cause we'll have her home an extra week but bad for Sara...school starts at the pre-school on the 20th!
