Shop or food service?

I knew I had a picture of these two, I could not remember exactly where I took this, but thought it was the Boathouse or the store next to it since they are "bobber" snowmen.

:jumping1: Those are my little "snowpeople"! :jumping1: They are SO cute! I think they were to the right of the entrance to the Boathouse....at least that's the way my pictures load up. Some very "unique" Christmas decorations in DS!:dance3:

I remember quite a few Coke kiosks and seem to recall one close to EE so that would be in Asia. :tink:

This is from a food service cart/kiosk. Not one of the Coke kiosks. This one is more permanent, not the kind that roll around

This is a mountain, on a sign in the AK and it's in Asia.

What does the sign say? It names what they sell and the name of the kiosk.

does it sell something frozen? like ice cream?

Here's another to keep everyone occupied during the snowstorm :goodvibes...

:tink:

As if the shoveling didn't keep my busy enough! The cat finally got up, and I definitely got my exercise for the day - even cleared the fire hydrant, but I'm very glad to be back in!

That's SO true with good reason :goodvibes...for all of us! Those poor orange groves ...along with other fruits and vegetables; farmers are seeing the possibility of years of work gone. :sad1: I can only imagine their concern; my Daddy lost his entire corn crop the year my sister was born and talked about that hardship for years! :sad2: :tink:

My point just made :rotfl:...South Carolina major airport won't be open until maybe MONDAY...they have NO equipment to clear the runways! :goodvibes :tink:

Anandapur Ice Cream Truck? :tink:

DH was out today doing inspections on his new job. He needed to inspect something at a new home that had been purchased/built by a gentleman who had moved to Texas from New York. They exchanged greetings and he was starting his work when the guy asked him, "Why is it so damn much colder in Texas? :rotfl2: Back in New York in 30 degree temperatures, I'm outside in a TEE SHIRT but here...you need a big coat & gloves 'cause it seems so much colder!" :lmao: DH told him, "We tell people that all the time, that our cold is different, but NO ONE BELIEVES US!" :rolleyes1 He laughed and told him he didn't either when he first moved here and people warned him...but now I do! He told DH to continue without him...he was going back in the house :rotfl:... and it was in the low 40's at that time of the day! :rotfl: :tink:

OK here when it's 30 degrees I will be wearing a sweater and a winter jacket, boots probably gloves too. :rotfl:

I know. 30's feels good to me these days. 20 is cold. Teens are bitter cold.

As if the shoveling didn't keep my busy enough! The cat finally got up, and I definitely got my exercise for the day - even cleared the fire hydrant, but I'm very glad to be back in!

I can relate to shoveling snow. Good exercise! You are smart to clear around your fire hydrant. Of course I don't have fire hydrants or sidewalks where I am. It's pig paths and the driveway and the mailbox.

I drove home in an ice storm this evening. I do not like driving at night at all but my rehearsals are all at night. Brass this evening. I drove 40 the whole way. At least I was the only person on the road so I could go as slow as I wanted. I love that about living here.

Yes, Frozen _____ is part of the title. And the second line is ___________ Outpost.

When I go out to feed the pigs in the morning I wear 3 layers on the top and 2 on the bottom and boots, scarf and gloves. I do not like going out in the morning but poor Lulu is out there in the cold and wants her warm oatmeal as soon as the sun comes up!

4 day weekend for me. Already cancelled school for tomorrow. High winds with wind chills of -25 predicted for tomorrow morning. Steph has a 2 hour delay. We had a dozen turkeys in our back yard this morning.

:scared: You can't even go OUT with -25 wind chill, can you? :scared: Seems to me that would be INSTANT frostbite! Dang..those pictures the Weather Channel had on today/evening from Boston showed heavy winds...guess they reach NH tomorrow! I think they even said "blizzard conditions" simply from the blowing snow. Hard to imagine! Strange that Steph's school isn't cancelled all together! :faint: At least the 2 hour delay helps a little but y'all should be staying INDOORS all day! That weather is dangerous! Are y'all having the really strong winds too? Saw some spots were getting up to 70 mph winds! Those turkeys look HUGE; guessing they're looking for food? The cardinals are beautiful! I love pictures of the red cardinals against the white snow! Olaf is sending YOU "warm hugs" too...
