When will we get our PIN to log into dvcmember.com??

We received our contracts on 10/10, mailed our paperwork back on 10/13, got signed copies back from DVC already, got our plastic member ID cards today, but no PINs yet. I guess I should call Member Services to see if they've been mailed yet...is it usual for it to take this long?

(Patience is not my strong suit, as you can probably tell )

You can call MS and they will give you your special password on the phone; I would even stay on the phone with them to make sure the password works.
