When does the resort monorail start up in the morning

Staying at BLT in May and have a 7:30 ressie for breakfast at ohana's before heading over to MK. I thought the resort monorail started up at 7am but just read something different - can anyone speak to this for me?

the signs over the escaltor says 7:00 am to 11pm - but when the MK is open later it is definitely still running.
