We almost always go in early June shortly after school gets out. Love WDW in the summer even with the heat. Eventually though, once my youngest is grown, I'll make October my regular time to visit. Love F&W, Halloween, and fall weather there! :p

I love early December. It's warm (usually) but less humid, the Christmas decorations are up, crowds seem calmer. My husband and I went in July 2007 for our honeymoon, and swore we would never go again at that time. In December 2009 we went again, and it was so much more enjoyable. (Though, any time at Disney is a good time! :earsboy:)

I'm a school teacher. I go as early in June as I can once school lets off. I've also been Thanksgiving week and enjoyed it, crowds were the same but not as hot as June.

We visit every December for the length of the school Christmas break. I'm a teacher, and our kids are old enough now that I don't want them missing school for a vacation.

We've also been fortunate enough to visit over Spring Break this year (same reason as above) and recently decided to do a long weekend for DS's birthday next month July.

Our favorite time to visit used to be in October, but I really enjoyed our mid-March trip early this year. That might be our new favorite. Of course, we do love celebrating the holidays there. I guess I'll have to get back to you with a definitive answer. :rotfl:

Our first three trips we went in August which is usually my preference. Last trip we went during F&W so end of Sept./beginning of Oct. This year we're going in July. Not sure how it'll all pan out because I've never experienced peak season so we'll have to see. Would rather have gone in August but my SIL works for a school district in South Carolina and I guess schools in the southern states start earlier than out here in California.

We have been going Thanksgiving Day - the following Saturday (9nights) the past few trips for a number of reasons. It's my favorite time of year and what better way to kick off the holiday season than to be at Disney:) The weather is just perfect for us, it's not super hot and it's not too cold (well a few nights were a little chilly last year). The crowds are not too bad, the first few days are busy but by Sunday it's really nice.
Laurie:goodvibes

We have been to WDW at least once every month except for July and August.
The best time is 1st of DEC... but we typically go in Sept/Oct time frame..
It's obviously cooler and less crowded during the fall/winter months. I couldn't imagine going during July or August..

We go between mid September and late December. Much of it depends on DH's work schedule. And a HUGE reason is the weather. We went to Universal ONCE during July and it was miserably hot and I cannot fathom fighting the crowds being hot and sweaty at Disney! lol This year we are going early to mid September and I know it will still be pretty warm, but at least it will only be dh and I, no kids to worry about! lol

My favorite time is late October for MNSSHP, nice weather and low crowds. But that's not when I always go. Next trip will be in February!

Our first two trips were in November. Then we started going in May to celebrate our daughter's birthday and it's not too hot and humid yet, but we can still spend lots of time at the water parks!

We've been in December once (mid Dec) and loved the cooler weather and all of the Christmas decorations etc.

I voted for May and December since those are the two months we'd most like go back to Disney World. Since both of our girls are in school now, November is out of the question!

Jan is our favorite time for low crowds.
But we also like early Dec. for the Christmas decorations and shows.

We absolutely love going the week after Labor Day. Yes it is still hot and sticky out, but the crowds are way down due to the schools back in session. However, this year we are going to be there from 8/28-9/9 so we will be there during Labor Day weekend....this is a first for us, but from what I am hearing it is the best of the Holiday weekends to be there :goodvibes.

Factors are: Kids out on college (summer break) and Promotion of free dining..... More bang for my buck. Love to go Christmas though....:wizard:

The last three Trips we have gone between Aug. 22 and Sept. 27.
Reason is easy...FREE DINING. :cool1:

We go in the fall because of the weather and crowd levels. We prefer the period between the F&W and Thanksgiving. We used to like anytime in October or November, but we spend most of our time at Epcot and F&W has just gotten too popular. Also, it’s the best time of the year for DH to take off of work. For me it doesn’t matter, but he works in landscaping and then plows in the winter and that time is usually a lull for him.

Early Sept...lower crowds and free dining. :cloud9:

I have also gone in Jan for WDW Marathon weekend more than once and that time is great also due to lower crowds (and the crowds that are there are runners like me!) :cool1:

I'm stuck going only when my daughter isn't in school.

Last year was the first time we went in late December for 2 weeks just before Christmas and it was great. First time ever I didn't have to put sunscreen lotion on :cool1:

Have a trip booked their again for this December. Unfortunately that's the last time for that as the following year she'll be in university and she won't have a long enough break before Christmas.

I went once in late Sept/early Oct and LOVED it because of the great weather, light crowds, and F&W. Now that I'm in school, I won't be able to go at that time for a while (unfortunately), so I'm switching to early January.
