When do you visit Disney World and why?

I voted for October 5 - Nov 16. Of the dates we have gone, our Oct. 8 - 13 was my favorite b/c of the fall decorations and MNSSHP. We have been in October, in March over Spring Break, early June, and around 4th of July. Hopefully, we'll be there in January 2013 for my birthday weekend. If I were to answer the question honestly (but it wasn't an option) I love any time I can get to WDW.

Any time of year!! But seriously, Sept has been my favorite thus far, free dining, low crowds, MNSSHP, hot weather, it all rocks. That being said, Ive gone Dec, Jan, April and May and loved each of them.

January would probably be my next choice, wait times were great, weather wasnt too cold, still hot enough for shorts & tanks during the day!

In the past we've mostly had to go in June because of work and school schedules, but we find ourselves with more flexibility this year so we are going to try late April! We are hoping it will be the perfect balance of good weather and low(er) crowds.

(Would love to go in October next year instead, but by then my kids will have gone from being 9/2, to 10/3, and it's suddenly a LOT more expensive. So April will have to do!)

Since I'm a techer and the kids are in school we go over vacation weeks!!

We've been at lots of different times of the year, but our favorite and usual time is September. It's still very hot, but the lines are so short or non existent, it's hard to beat!

Go in July due to school and only time can usually get the week off from the hospital.

We go in August because my kids are too big to miss school.

But, my real favorite time to visit is the first 2 weeks of December, love the cooler , comfortable weather.

We go in summer every year, usually end of July or beginning of August because of school and my sons football schedule. Hate the hot weather, but love that the parks are open late and we can spend all day in pool.
