When do we receive our booking pack?

Hi all,

We visited WDW a while back and remember getting our info pack through the post, the usual stuff; maps, luggage tags, etc. From memory it was a couple of months (?) beforehand.

Anyhow, we're taking our daughter at the end of October for her first visit and are surprising her with the 'announcement' in a couple of weeks. We've put her a little pack together but was just wondering if the info pack will have arrived by then.....?

Ours arrived (and usually does) about a month before our holiday.

Apparently there was a printing error around 10 days ago so any packs that should have gone out may not have gone out and WDW have no way of telling who did and who didn't get theirs...

We go in 3 weeks and haven't received ours yet so I think I'll be in the group having to chase ours up!

and those of us who don't live in the UK receive our packets at the resort when we check in...

Does that include UK folk that have booked through a travel agent rather than direct with Disney in the UK (Ocean Florida)? Still got ages to wait but would be something to look forward to!

Unfortunately other travel agents do not send out Disney mail Only bookings made direct.
