When do Florida schools get out for summer?

Orlando's last day of school is May 23.

You should be fine. Most get out the 3rd or 4th week in May. I think the 31st is the last day in Miami-Dade.

The Broward County Public Schools, (Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding area), will have their last day on May 25 or 26th, depending on how their hurricane make-up days go, according to the website.

Some Florida schools are also year round, go 9 weeks, off 2 weeks, so it could vary.

My kids go year round. They are 12 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Their last day is June 23rd and they will be back in school by the middle of July.
