When can you customize your magic band?

We are booked for November. I got to customize your magic band on the website and it's still showing me as having a key to the world card. I click on that and the only option is the deactivate. When can I choose colors for the magic band. We are staying at POP if that makes a difference.

I'm booked for September and was able to customize my bands months ago. It also shows cards too.

When you log into MDE, click on your name and it will bring up the welcome screen. Click on personalize my bands. They will ship on the personalize by date, 30 days before arrival.

I am booked for November also. On the MDE website I linked our resort reservation and park tickets to my MDE account. It then let me customize magic band colors and names.

Your reservation is linked in MDE and it's not giving you the personalize magic band option? You have to confirm your shipping address first as well.

I was also going to say that you have to confirm your shipping address first then it will allow you to customize your bands.

I'm in the same predicament. I have my resort and ticket linked. My shipping/billing address are confirmed. When I click on manage bands/tickets, it shows my ticket, but no options for bands. I don't get it.

I had the same issue. I could see my reservation, everything was linked but I was not able to see our magic bands. I called Disney customer service and connected to technical support and they were able to fix it while I was still on the phone with them. Everything shows up on MDE now!
