It matters what mood I'm in. I love all the songs from "The Little Mermaid". I really love Jessie's song, I think it's called "When She Loved Me". That is probably my favorite.

I also love "Baby Of Mine" from Dumbo.

My favorite song to hear in the parks is "You Can Fly" while riding Peter Pan.

Well, if I had to pick one song it would be "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" but when I'm trip planning, I listen to my Official Album of WDW over and over - love all the songs and they really get me in the mood!

I love "Be Prepared" from Lion King & "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from Little Mermaid. Does this make me evil?

On the other hand, nothing makes me happier than "Ev'rybody has a Laughing Place".

My all time Disney favorite is "Beauty and the Beast" but when I think of WDW it is either "When You Wish Upon a Star" or "Once Upon a Dream" Hmm hmm hmm (happily humming somewhat off-key to myself)

Disney songs are like potato chips...nobody can pick just one!! My all-time favorites (not necessarily in order):

1) "Bare Necessities" (Duh! ) - Jungle Book
Hearing this song puts me in a good mood immediately. You can't help but sing and tap your toes to it.

2) "I Wanna Be Like You" - Jungle Book
Ditto.

3) "Circle of Life" - Lion King
Gives me goosebumps every time...especially when you hear it in an IMAX theater or, even better, get to see the stage production.

4) "Candle On The Water" - Pete's Dragon
Somewhat obscure, but incredibly beautiful song. Sung by Helen Reddy.

5) "The Age of Not Believing" - Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Another somewhat obscure but great song, the message of which is pure Disney. Sung by "Disney songstress" Angela Lansbury.

6) "When You Wish Upon a Star" - Pinocchio
Hey, I didn't want to break the trend!

For park music I'd have to say the parade music from Tapestry of Dreams. Can't believe it is gone - but I love it!

Two more movie ones that I love are "Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan, and "One Day Out There" from Hunchback.

Someone finally mentioned the Mulan song!

We love a lot of them, but when the following songs come up on the tapes, the whole family sings along:

I'll Make a Man out of You (Mulan)
Color of the Wind (Pocahontas)

Of course, Baby Mine from Dumbo makes me cry.

So true Harambe, and to the poster who suggested that Disney songs were like potato chips.

Some of my favorites from Disney movies include "Once Upon a Dream" and (following the crowd) "A Dream is a Wish You Heart Makes"

Favorites that I love hearing in the parks include "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (talk about a song you can't get out of your head, but why would you want to, it is such a wonderful song!!!), Pirate's theme music, and although it is also in a Disney cartoon movie, I absolutely LOVED Esmeralda's song from the live Hunchback show at MGM "God Help the Outcasts" that one always brought tears to my eyes, and I thought the singers/actresses they had in the live performance did a phenomenal job. I wish Hunchback was still around, as I think it was one of the best stage shows Disney has ever had!!!
