I have baby back ribs marinating and I was going to throw them in the crock pot tomorrow with some SBRs. I need something easy since A's class is doing a presentation during the day. Do you have any tips? Should I just do them in the oven? We like how they come in the crock....Am I thinking too much into this???![]()
I've been doing them in the oven for about a year now and we love them. I put them on a rack in a baking pan so that all the fat drains off. I rub them with creole seasoning, liquid smoke and that garlic in oil that you can buy in a jar. I cover them with foil and bake at 325 for about 2 hours. Uncover, slather on the SBRs and run under the broiler. YUMMO!!!!!!
Please please please be careful. You are probably more used to driving in in then me.
He just has to get his homework done first. He dilly dallies...no wonder on his report card today the teacher says he needs to focus more...Tom said he gets it from me...ya think?
