What to request for BWV BW view (if anything).

Yes, I am very much a newbie! I found a wonderful DVC'r who so generously allowed me to rent their points. They were even able to reserve a BW view for me. So here's my question: Beside NS, is there any other requests that I should make? I do have 4 children that I am travelling with and 2 of them are 2 years old. Should I request an enclosed balcony? Upper floor? near elevator? I searched other threads, and found the listing of the BWV rooms, but still am unsure. Are all BW views great? Can you see the fireworks from all of them? None of them? HELP!!!

***edited to add: We have a 2 bd villa, and my parents are staying in a studio, both with BW view. I will probably request to be close to them, or since I am listed on both, have them linked (can I do that?)***

We stayed at the BW with a boardwalk view last year. We were on the 4th floor all the way at the end. Its a looong walk to the elevator. That was the only regret. Other then that no major issues. The view of EPCOT was wonderful.

You get a better view of Illuminations further down the hall and higher up - but longer hallways and more elevator hassles.
