What to do with luggage?

Sorry if this is kind of random but I had a question. We are not staying on Disney property and we can't check-in to our hotel till 3PM. However our flight lands in Orlando at 8AM and we would like to go ahead to the park. We are not renting a car however, just taking a cab/shuttles.

Does anyone have any ideas on what we could do with our luggage if we wanted to go to the park until it was time to check into our hotel?

Thanks!!

I would think you could go to your hotel before 3, and have them hold your bags for you if your room isn't ready yet. I'd call the hotel to see if they can do that. I don't think there is anywhere in the parks that you can leave luggage.

Yeah, ditto to this. Lockers at the parks definitely wouldn't be big enough, but most likely your hotel has some kind of bell services which you could use.

I didn't even think to call the hotel to see if they had any kind of service like this. I'll do that. Thanks for the reply!

This would be my suggestion as well.

Make sure to ask how often the hotel's shuttle runs. It may be more convenient to take a cab. Then you may need to consider if it's cheaper to rent a car vs. paying for cabs.

I was wondering this too recently, good advice everyone

Totally agree. Typically (not saying it's every single offsite hotel), most offsite places will only offer morning service at maybe two times in the morning and then only to the TTC and then only evening/night options back to the hotel from the same place. So, no afternoon service at all.

I highly advise any offsite stayers who want to use their hotel's shuttle service to ask for their schedule to be emailed to them before they leave. Then decide on whether to rent a car or not.
