What to do to "link" multi days together for a resort stay?

We are going in June and I couldn't get all the days I needed right away. Ended up adding a day prior and then a day after which results in 3 different reservations now. What do I need to do to make them all one reservation so I won't have to change rooms? I can't remember if it's linking or connecting reservations or if it's called something else. I'd just like to avoid having to check out and back in at the same resort for the same room type.

Call member services. I believe you can also email them from the DVC member site once logged in.

What is it called that I'm actually asking them to do? I want to make sure I call it correctly.

If they are all for the same size/view, etc., you would want them to combine them into a single reservation.

Email MS from the member website asking them to combine the reservations, they will use the first reservation number for all of your dates. In the same email make your view/location requests, they will email back in a few days confirming that everything has been completed.

I need to do the same thing, but another issue I have is I cancelled a night using 2013 banked points so now it says I have those points to useeven though I've used most all 2014. Do I need to call MS to use them instead or just book another night?

Just send an email via the member website to have MS reallocate your points explaining that you canceled a day.

As Michael mentioned you want them to combine or merge the reservations. Linking is across memberships. MS has corrected me more than once!

They had to have a supervisor do it, but it's now all one reservation number!
