I would say be in line by 11:00. That will give you time to wait for the bus and walk to BBB.

SSR is best because the water taxi ride is very short and you can also walk over to DTD from there. The water taxi runs every 20 minutes.

The POR/POFQ and OKW water taxis run every 20 minutes before 4:00 pm, but both can be a long ride, and if you are trying to make an appointment, can be frustrating. POR/POFQ drops you off at Marketplace; and OKW drops you off at West side. Either way, you will have to walk.
