What Time do buses start running?

We wanted to have breakfast at CP for one of the early ADRs (8:05) which is before the park opens I believe at 9. I wasn't planning on having a rental car and wanted to just use the Disney bus.
While getting info on this I heard from one person to be at the bus stop around 7 - 7:15 to get there before our ADR.
Another person stated that the buses don't start until one hour before the park opens which would be 8:00 so I wouldn't be able to use the bus.
Can anyone clear this up? When exactly would the buses start running?

I am not sure of the exact time the buses start running my guess is somewhere around 6:30 or 7. What I do know is that every year we are there two or three times a year at the bus stop at 7:00 AM for an 8:00 AM ADR so yes, be at the bus stop at 7:00 AM

Thank you. Maybe the other person was misinformed about the bus times? But since you had experience with what I'm trying to do, I'll accept that. That's a big relief. I'll just plan on being at the bus stop by 7am.

The definitive word is....buses start running from the resorts to the parks at 6:30am. Sometimes you may find them running a wee bit earlier than that when heading to the MK.
But, they don't run quite as frequently as the regular buses do, so plan accordingly.

"Buses start running 1 hour before park opening" is a really commonly repeated fallacy. Other guests will tell you that, CMs will tell you that, and I've even seen in it written in the literature that we received at check in. But, not to worry, It's absolutely not true. You should be at the bus stop at 7:00. A bus will be along shortly after that.
