What is the requried deposit for the Catered Event Experience (Mini Wishes)?

Hi everyone!

I'm a bridesmaid in a vow renewal that is tentatively set for September of 2017. Being a Disney Bride myself (cruise line) I know how stressful it can be and I'm trying to help her with planning as much as I can. Since her signing date is getting close, she asked me to try to find answers to a few of her questions. One of them is, how much will she have to put down for her deposit if she is doing the Catered Event Experience/Mini Wishes?

Also, when will her final payment be due?

Great timing. I have my contract right in front of me as i am about to sign it!
Deposit is $4000 for the 'mini-wishes/catered experiences', same as full wishes. $3000 will be applied to BEO at 90 days and $1000 will be held for overages after final payment/ after event.
90 days before the wedding the minimum balance is due. Minimum balance is 75% of estimated guests food and beverage, enhancement minimum and ceremony fee. (the $3000 of deposit is applied here)
Final payment is due 30 days before.

You can let her know that EVERYTHING is the same for the Wishes Catered Event Experience (a.k.a., "Mini Wishes") as it is for Wishes. It's not a separate type of event or a package. You just get a discount for having a 3-hour reception and holding the event Tuesday-Thursday.
