What is the most rebellious thing you've ever done?

Told mom I was staying at friend's house, then when to an amazing party with about 1,000 people crammed into someone's basement. Had quite the hangover when I got home the next day, but luckily, Mom was out for the day, so I got to sleep it off and she never knew. Unfortunately, I used to do that quite often as a teenager!

define "rebellion"...I think I was/am well behaved...my DH thinks I was/am a lunatic! :yay:

When I was 15, my girlfriend and I weren't allowed to "wander" on the college campus. Our parents were worried what the college guys would do. So we snuck on campus a couple of times but don't worry, nothing happened with the guys!! (darn! :rotfl: )

After senior prom, a bunch of us that hung around together were going to go down to the shore and spend the night..the legal drinking age then was 18 and we did not have picture driver's licenses then so it was very easy to "borrow" one from a friend. I was 17, my boyfriend at the time was 20 and my mother forbid me to go......I did it anyway and I felt so cool :smokin:  Man, did I pay for that one but it was worth it :teeth:

When I was 17, I was dating a 19 year old Marine and my best friend was dating his friend. We never told our parents that we were dating these "older" men. We snuck around a lot to spend our weekends with them. My best friend is now married to her Marine and mine is long gone out of my life. It was a short rebellious stint for me and I've been a good girl ever since. ;)

that is hardly rebelious! when i was 17 my army boy was 21. :teeth: :sunny:

Oops that reminds me of another one.

I was at a festival when I was 16, and the organisers hadn't bothered to put real bins down. They'd put the containers that you keep sand in for fires down instead (the ones with FIRE written on the side). So we decided to be ironic and set fire to a piece of tissue hanging out. The whole bin went up and within a couple of minutes police, fire, and festival organisers swamped the place. We hid in the mosh pit and they never did find out who did it :rolleyes1

Went with a friend to visit guys we knew at college about an hour away. We lied to parents and then got stranded in an all male dorm overnight with about 200 drunk horny boys. Not a good place for two drunk 16 yr olds! Thankfully the boys we knew were gentemen and lent us thier room and pjs! We never did get caught. I am now the mother of two teens and my biggest fear is they will be like i was as a teen! :scared1:

oh yeah, I once ran with scissors :smokin:

You must nbe from NY or NJ..cause that's what we did too, only Drinking age was 21..not that THAT mattered! In CA , people look at me crazy if I say "the shore", I think it's a North East thing??

Ok..I borrowed a car at age 13, did I mention I climed out of the window in the middle of the night? A few of us would met at a school playground and just hang out, no drugs or drinking, just shoot the breeze all night then sneak back in..but the one time I decided to drive there...WHOOPS..had a little accident...

I have a MAJOR list from 13-16......Hope DD10 doesn't take after mommy!!

I eloped with my first husband and didn't tell my parents for about 2 months.

hmm got pregnant at 17 and moved out.

I've done a few risky/foolish things, but none were a direct rebellion against anything - they were just poor judgment!

Examples:

- playing Chinese fire drill with underage, unlicensed drivers
- sneaking out of the house with my best friend at 1 a.m. to meet up with boys who were almost strangers when we were 18
- the usual college pranks

I wasn't a "bad girl", but I wasn't little miss perfect either! :rotfl2:

Back in the 80s, when Tipper Gore was all over TV telling parents to go look at what their kids were listening to, my mom did. And she took away my Motley Crue "Shout at the Devil" and Madonna "Like a Virgin" albums.

I went and got new ones. She threw a fit and took them and told me I was forbidden to get new ones. I got new ones. She took them and grounded me.

I got new ones. She finally gave up. I thought it was all me, but found out years later that Dad told her she was being a lunatic. :)

when I was 13, my best friend and I told our parents we were going upnorth for a week vacation with another friend. The other friend was indeed going on vacation too...Anyway, me and my best friend took a bus upnorth (200 miles) to meet up with the guys we met that summer while vacationing with my parents.

We actually stayed on a street corner with our suitcases and some guy who was watching his brothers townhouse on the base invited us to stay there....it was a heck of a week!!! We would have never been "caught" if we went home the day we were suppose to...we wanted to stay another day.

But the other friend we were suppose to be with got home and my best friends parents saw her parents drive by their house and ended up calling to see where their daughter was.....the rest is history!!!

My dad and my friends dad drove up there in the middle of the night to pick us up....needless to say it was a pretty silent 200 mile drive home!!!
