What discount did you end up getting and how much did you save?

I think I'm trying to get room-only 40% off of a 6 night CR stay, parking lot view (don't care, we are in the parks all day). Dates are probably 2/6-2/12/2011, which I am not seeing that the free Dining Plan offer is blacked out, so that's why I say "room only". I plugged in the info to the Disney website and the room rates were crazy high, and no place to plug in a code. I closed that window out pretty quickly!

Any tips, or any websites that anybody knows about that I can plug all of my info in and get an instant answer as to how much it would cost and be able to use any of the codes? Thanks much!
ps- I have a Disney Visa, and also have AAA membership...

The contemporary with the room only for yours dates only has a Tower-Theme Park view available for $1,890.

Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary has Deluxe Studio – Lake View for $1,721.

Since I already had booked a club level room at WL over Christmas, my TA called and got us a $1300 discount on the room/refund!!! Yahoo!!!! Missed the free dining by 1 day, but doesn't matter since I saved so much on the room/refund

We booked the Boardwalk club level for 12/11-12/17 for $3100, originally had a garden view at the Poly with free dining for $3600. We always wanted to try club level and now with the discount we can!
I keep trying for a deluxe club room at Boardwalk or the Wilderness, but no availability is showing? I'm gonna keep trying!

Ok,I must be doing something totally wrong. Spent almost an hour on the phone trying to book a trip for 8/15/11 to 8/24/11 (slightly flexible on the days). Was wanting to get part of my trip with free dining, BUT the CM told me the only way to do that is to book 2 packages one for 8/15-8/19 and then 8/19-8/24. The prices he gave me to that were over $800 MORE than booking without any discounts! All the other details were the same (POFQ, park hoppers, etc.) Can anyone offer me some suggestions?

I went for the $300.00 gift card at POFQ. I'm going in October when the dates are blocked out for free dining. This way I can spend it on whatever I want to. When I use it for a table service, I don't have to get just the entree and the dessert. I can order whatever I want on the menue.

We already had AKL booked from Jan 1 - 6, 2011. We had our choice of free dining/25% off room/$500 gift card. Free dining ends up being the better deal so we took this option. I was hoping for 40% off the room but am just happy to have a discount.

I was able to book two trips with the new discounts!!!

First at Wilderness Lodge 1/20-1/24 with room only discount and the total for the room is $688.50. We already had our tickets.

Our second trip is 9/25/11 to 10/05/11 for 10 nights 3 adults including me, DH and 10 yr old daughter at Coronado Springs Resort, 7 day base tickets and free dining for $2688.25!!!

I am soooo excited!!!!!

We are going for Jersey week November 1 - 7th and staying DVC on points for the first 4 nights. I booked the last 2 nights at the Poly, Garden view, rack rate because it's a special trip for our family and I have always wanted to stay there. I called and got upgraded to Poly Club Level Theme Park View for the 40% off rate! Now I get the view, club level, at 40% off which ended up being a few hundred dollars less than what I had booked. I am so excited!

We booked CBR Jan 27th-Feb 6th preferred room 8 day MYW base tickets with free dining. DH really wants to go to universal for 2 days, so we are!

So 10 nights, free dining with trip insurance= $2976 FOr 2 adults 1 child and 1 infant

Haven't booked air yet, but it will be between 8-900

Just book 5 nights/6 day hoppers 8/27 - 9/1/2011 for 3 adults (which includes our 15 year old son). Upgraded to deluxe dining. We saved
$528.45.

Deluxe dining definitely works best for our family so I am pretty happy with this.

Unfortunately none for me. I'm traveling in July 2011 and no discounts are available. I knew it would be a long shot since I'm traveling during the regular summer season. Unfortunately I can't change my dates since I am traveling to a family reunion first in Orlando and then tacking on the Disney trip while in the area.
