So, I'm pretty proud of this one - I normally don't buy expensive purses, I'm very much a $50-or-less-at-Kohl's kinda gal when it comes to purses.
However I fell in LOVE with this Dooney & Burke 45th Anniversary Magic Kingdom bag. And my current purse is showing its age. And it's just so me. It's in my colors. I love it. I just love it. But it's outside what I would normally spend on a bag.
I went to the Disney Store online, but no matter what I did, I couldn't get the price below $194 (including tax) - I was able to do a Disney Visa card discount, but no discounts for DVC or Annual Pass exist for the Disney Store online.
Then I remembered the Shop Disney Parks app, which is hooked into my DVC account, and what do you know? I got the whole thing for $158.40 with a 20% DVC discount. (Free shipping! And they didn't seem to add tax? Huh? Okay I'll take it!)
So, still a splurge, but LESS of a splurge than it would have been! Whee!
