I finished Kingdom Keepers 3, liked it. And Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks. Now he's usually my favorite author but I was kinda disappointed in this book. It was a switch for him and I didn't really like that he changed his "formula" lol. It was an okay read though!

Not sure what to pick up next, have a ton of books from the library still :)

I just finished Room by Emma Donoghue. I picked it up Saturday from the library and was so captivated I could not put it down.

I am plugging away at "Cutting for Stone." I was really looking forward to this book but I am finding it difficult to get into. Of course I am still getting used to my Kindle, so that may be part of the problem.

I really liked Cutting For Stone!

I'm halfway thru The Patron Saint of Liars by Ann Patchett. I'm enjoying it much more than The Magician's Assistant by the same author.

Next up: One Foot Wrong by Sofie Laguna

I am reading the first book in the Blue Bloods series by Melissa de la Cruz. Seems like a mix between gossip girl and vampire diaries so far haha, but its decent!

I'm reading "Paul is Undead" by Alan Goldsher. It's a Beatles spoof in which the fab 4 are zombies...it's a howler!

I loved all of Ann Patchett's books. Bel Canto was definitely my favorite though.

I am enjoying The Pact. I saw the movie too when it was on and didnt like it. I think that is what prevented me from reading the book for so long. I know some people do not enjoy Jodi Picoult books but I like them.

I am usually a lurker on this thread but deceided to join. I am also reading Lady Boss by Jackie Collins and Drop Shot by Harlan Corben. I always have a book on me because I am always waiting for somebody.;)

IN the past 2 months I read

The Help...It was OK, I didnt love it, I actually struggled getting through it
Loving Frank....LOVED IT
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas....LOVED IT
Fragile:A Novel by Lisa Ungeer, also really good!!!

I thought I was the only one! It took so much for me to actually finish that book. I didn't get the hype at all :confused3 oh well :)

3/4 of the way through Blue Bloods and I got a book called Cast Member Confidential at the library today, written by someone that was a cast member and all about working at Disney. Talks about the hierarchy and stuff, I'm excited to start it and see what its like to work there

Began The Third Victim by Lisa Gardner this morning. It starts off with a school shooting at an elementary school and the shooter appears to be the sheriff's 13 year old son.

Fatally Flaky by Diane Mott Davidson. Love a good cozy mystery which this is.

I just finished Dicken's A Christmas Carol, one of those books I thought I had read.
I've started The Host by Stephenie Meyer and enjoying it more than the Twilight series; in their case I preferred the movies with minimal Bella whining page after page after page...

I am reading "Frankenstein" for a class I have to teach. I also have "How to be an American Housewife" on deck for my book club.
