What are the hours for Magical Express?

My mother might join us in October.

She is looking at arriving at 10 PM at MCO.

Her flight out is at 7:45 AM. I heard that they pick you up three hours before your flight. That would be at 4:45 AM.

Does ME run this late and start this early?

Yes, they start that early. Our flight to PHL was 7:30am and our pick-up time was 4:30am. Our driver was 10 minutes late (and non too personable ), but traffic was obviously a non-issue.

I can't answer the other question, but I'm sure others will respond.
