We are doing a couple of days at the parks prior to embarking. Will be traveling with 3 grandsons, and 4 adults. If we packed carryons to hold a load or two of dirty laundry…can laundry be started as soon as we are able to go to our rooms?

Have you considered doing laundry at the resort instead? The washers and dryers at the resorts are larger and easier IMO to use.

Good things to consider. But…our 2 year old grandson will probably need a nap after we get on the ship, and once we are free to be in our rooms. The laundry area is right down the hall from our rooms. So, keeping an eye on laundry and a sleeping baby, seems like an easy multi-tasking opportunity!

Should be able to. And few people are using them at that time, in my experience.

Don’t forget you have to do the “muster drill” between getting into your cabin and the ship leaving the dock.
