I stopped by my Seattle area Costco today didn’t see them either.
There was a display of them as you entered the store with other items on sale. They were not by the other gift cards. Were these with other gift cards or did they have a display elsewhere? I looked at my local store in NorCal and didn’t see them.
Bummer guess we won’t be getting themThere was a display of them as you entered the store with other items on sale. They were not by the other gift cards.
I live in the San Diego area.
Yes, they are tax free. Are they tax free at Costco? Tickets through Disneyland directly have no sales tax.
I didn’t purchase them, but I’m pretty sure they are because I’ve never paid tax on any other gift card I have purchased there, including one for a car wash subscription. Are they tax free at Costco? Tickets through Disneyland directly have no sales tax.
For those not finding the display on the floor, perhaps you could go straight to the merchandise pickup window and ask if they have any (left).
It seems confirmed that the visits can be spaced out between now and December 19.It's just a standard park hopper and it looks like that day is available for the regular park hopper tickets (but you would have to use the other two days within 13 days of May 24):

Oh, thank you for this update!!It seems confirmed that the visits can be spaced out between now and December 19.
Which SJ Costco? On the app it’s still showing them as in stock around here.If you are thinking about these you might want to jump on them. Our Costco (a San Jose one) got them in Monday and they were already sold out by yesterday and they aren't getting any more in.
Now I wish I took a closer look when I saw them at Costco yesterday. I only go for one or two days at a time. It was posted on Reddit that the 3 days had to be within 13 days of the first day used. Since I didn't think that would work for me, I just walked past the display. If I go to Costco again soon, I'll definitely look it over carefully. It seems confirmed that the visits can be spaced out between now and December 19.
OK, still playing around with the upgrade/adding a day idea. If I'm reading this right, the price for that would be $96 between a 3 day and 4 day with park hopper and LL. So that is still a pretty good deal for a one day ticket. That would put you at $546 for 4 days, which is still more than $100 off the gate price. Would love updates from anyone who has tried to add days!
When I've upgraded before, they applied my ticket as if it were a full-price ticket, even if I had purchased it at a discount. I don't think the system distinguishes after it has been activated? But that's what I'm trying to figure out.To upgrade you would have to pay the difference between what you paid and the current gate price of the ticket you are upgrading to. You effectively lose all discounts you paid.
If I am doing my math right it would cost an additional $248 to add a single day. It would be more cost effective to buy a single day ticket. Even more so if you skip hopping and LL for that single day.
