What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Pork tenderloin, baked sweet potatoes, peas w/ pearl onions & leftover Brussels sprouts. I rarely get to eat peas, because DH doesn't like them. I'm taking advantage of the leftover Brussels sprouts for him tonight.

Hubby came home today. Our oldest daughter had her baby boy on Weds night. He's adorable.

With hubby here now, I have to make my supper menu a bit more hearty. So I'm BBQ'n some sirloin burgers tonight. He'll have his with a bun and all the fixin's. I make mine into a hamburger salad. I'll cut up some potatoes for steak fries as a side.

DW ate all 3 meals at the church today as she helped with the youth event. I had tuna fish and crackers for lunch and sausage wrap and carrots for dinner. Tomorrow, we're planning on doing a crockpot we saw on Facebook. So excited for that. And we'll find a movie or something besides the football game to watch tomorrow.

We'll be eating lunch in the park and then dinner in our room....after our groceries are delivered.

Since my mom is sick I’m bringing over jersey Mike’s for my dad for lunch and a big tub of minestrone soup from a local restaurant. I brought over soup for her yesterday. My sister is bringing them dinner.
We’ll be at a Super Bowl party tonight for dinner.

Just my son and I at home tonight for the Super Bowl. Planning on making some snacks things for the game, like crispy pork belly and buffalo chicken dip

Also had some stuff to use up in the fridge, like mascarpone and whipping cream that we bought for some recipe that we didn’t end up making. So I made a berry tiramisu yesterday and chilled it for tonight

We are doing boneless buffalo wings, cheeseburger sliders, fries and onion rings with a variety of dipping sauces and a veggie tray.

DH and I met my BFF and her DH for lunch. We planned to go to Sparrow pizza but they were closed for the Super Bowl. We were freezing and made a quick decision to try El Santo because it was walking distance from where we are. It was fantastic!

We had chips salsa and queso. Then I had chimichanga. We ordered churros and they also brought out a couple of other desserts. So good!

Doing an Italian crockpot. Not sure what we call it, but it's cooking now. Italian meatballs, cheese ravioli and marinera with mozzarella melted on top.

General Tso's chicken and an apple for me. DH had a cheese enchilada dinner with beans and rice.

DH and I went to my mom's to visit for Superbowl. We brought over beer meatballs, bacon wrapped brown sugar chicken bites, pepperoni bread, chili dip w/ tortilla chips, and a rotisserie chicken (DH broke it down for my mom so can pull out chicken pieces to eat during the week and freeze what she wants to have later).

Wingstop hot buffalo & lemon pepper bone-in wings, carrot & celery sticks & DH had seasoned fries.

Saturday night was chicken and dumplings.

Tonight we went to my boyfriend's sister's house for a Super Bowl/nephew's birthday party. I had half a turkey sub and some Greek salad for dinner. My boyfriend had half an Italian sub and some carrots.

It turned out really good - it just made so much and there’s just two of us at home right now so my son and I we’ll be eating it all week.

We went a Super Bowl party at our youngest daughter & sil’s house last night. She’s due with her girl baby any day now and looks great!!!

Delicious menu. 3 kinds of ribs, chicken, 7 layer dip, onion dip, chips of course, big Caesar salad, charcuterie, homemade cookies, and I made a pink 5 layer white cake with lemon & raspberry filling. Not even sure who was playing in the game! LOL I was too busy munching and playing with my grandson!

I took today off and went to Costco this morning. It was delightful on a Monday morning! I also stopped at a Japanese market. I needed a pantry restock.

I went to a farmers market yesterday and bought some fresh pasta so tonight is pasta with meat sauce, salad, and garlic bread.
