TS reservation question

Were getting close to making our TS reservations for May.
Our DD is a gluten free vegetarian.
My question is when making reservations are you asked if anyone in you party has special dietary needs?

I just tried to make an ADR and the following information was displayed when I selected, 'Dietary Requests'.

I just made my dining reservations for our April trip and they no longer let you indicate what dietary restriction you have. It is the same message that was posted above. I guess we need to wait until we get to the restaurant before notifying them that my sister is GF.



The one annoying thing that happened at several restaurants was the way the server questioned my sister about her gluten-free request. They were trying to determine if she actually had an allergy or if it was just a preference. I got mad at the server one time and told him that she had a disease. The question he was asking is if cross-contamination was a problem. If you have celiac's disease, then you can't have cross-contamination.
