What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Roasted Brussel sprouts and tofu with spicy lime dressing

That sounds heavenly - I googled and it looks like a NYT article and it won't show me the recipe since I not subscribe. Any chance you would share?

Last night I made unstuffed cabbage hotdish. I just threw it all in the crockpot, made the rice on the side. And honey/parsley carrots along side it. Twas fantastic.

Tonight is Mustgo night - everything in the fridge must go. So, leftover pasta bake, leftover cabbage stuff, a ton of rice, veggies and dip, some hardboiled eggs, etc.

Has anyone tried Ina Garten East parm risotto or this cooking method? I love risotto but rarely make it because I’m lazy. 😂

Edit: That should be easy not east
I haven't ever done risotto that way, but the recipe sure does look easy. I actually copied it into my Google drive and might try it out sometime.

Tonight I'm deciding if I'm going to go with chili mac that I bought ingredients for this week or if I will try to eke out a Spanish style rice with shrimp someone on the thread inspired me with the other day.

The Beef Stew from last night was extra tasty and earned it's spot in my binder. Adding the balsamic with the onions and garlic was a nice way to deglaze the pan and add flavor. There are leftovers, so that's what's for dinner tonight! ;)

Note: Her Potatoes Au Gratin recipe is a keeper. So simple yet out of this world!
Thanks for the recipe. I’m going to try the au gratin potatoes!

No problem! Hope you like it- I’m eating the leftovers for dinner tonight.

@LoveDaisy Thanks for the vanilla orange how to! Haven’t seen “supreme” in a recipe for a while and it just makes me smile. Waiting for a visit to Stew’s where I can stock up on so much lovely produce and make some for myself 💕

Chicken tenders brushed with mayo/parmesan/garlic and rolled in seasoned panko crumbs, baked in the oven. I made a ziti casserole to go with this (ziti, sauce, ricotta, mozzarella) and sauteed some zucchini, summer squash, onion, and garlic with oregano and basil. Dinner got 2 thumbs up from everyone, and there is enough left over to make a chicken/ziti casserole for some night this weekend (if it doesn't get eaten for lunches, first).
