Started the process with Byron this morning
Buying 180 pts Boardwalk. Using the $10 buyback and our use year is Feb. Gave him down payment info so a packet should be on it's way soon!
We'd considered buying resale, but not for a few months.
With the pending sell out of Boardwalk, resale closing costs, pro rated dues with new purchase, point buy back credit, and pre-sale Saratoga Springs point price increase, thought that since we wanted Boardwalk as our home resort, now's the time.
Thanks to all the posts and replies I've already reviewed. Great info. Will be reading more of this forum for sure!
