Lindsey, I agree, you really need to get your plumbing checked out! We had plumbing problems with our new house after we moved in, and it ended up being a known problem that was not disclosed by the previous owner. Yes, it was a mess, and a lot of hassle, but in the end, the previous owner had to pay over $5000 to get it fixed. You don't want to let it go and realize you have a huge problem later on. I think you only have a year after the sale of the house, to confront the previous owners with pre-existing problems. I'm sending a hug your way. I know that this is the LAST thing you want to deal with right now!

Yeah, I meant to add that if you dont get back to your real estate agent within a certain timeline (i dont know the RE Law in florida) then you will be responsible. And its hard to resell a house with problems like these (which is why many dont disclose it)-- so therefore you would have to get it fixed out of your own pocket. Definately get yourself out of this problem and call him/her (agent) very soon. I hate to see this happen to people because its a big expensive mess. I certainly dont want to see you have to pay!

Hi Lindsey! I'm so glad you made out OK with the pipes, so far anyway. I'm lovin' your TR! Hey, maybe it was Flounder that was stuck in your pipes!! He is sooo cute! I would've wanted to give him a BIG squishy hug! Ohh, and Jack ...yeah, TWO big squishy hugs for him. Then he would have to wipe my drool off of his chest.

Just wanted to post this, since you'd shared your house photos. We just did the Lake County Parade of Homes today, to get decorating ideas, and found a few cute Disney themed rooms that we photographed. I love the Finding Nemo room; it was so soothing

OMG, Lindsey..what I would give to just be able to take myself over to the WORLD and sit somewhere ANYWHERE in the WORLD and enjoy every little ity bity thing there is in DISNEY. I am SOOOOO JEALOUS of you. I am so cold here in New England.

Hi everyone!

It has been a busy weekend here! I wanted to make sure and drop by to say hello! DH & I have been busy getting things done around the house and also taking some time to enjoy our weekend too!

The exciting news is we paid off our Disney Cruise! I can't believe it is almost here! That time just flew by and it kinda snuck-up on me! We booked it back in July and now it's just a little over two-months away! I can't believe it!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! The weather was beautiful here, but we did finally have some rain today. I had a long trip to the dentist this morning and I am on the way to the eye doctor tomorrow because I'm still having issues with my left eye. Remember it was bothering me before our November WDW trip? Well, it's back!

We spent all day Sunday at Disney Quest and had a lot of fun! It was our first time there and I didn't know what to expect! It was expensive, so we were going to get our money's worth! We did take a break to eat dinner at Portobello. It was pretty yummy! We each had pizza!

My favorite thing at Disney Quest was the Virtual Jungle Cruise! Watch out! You will get wet!

Pirates of the Caribbean was a blast too! It really does feel like you're on a pirate ship! Plus, you get to wear this neat gear!

We even took a class at the Animation Academy, where we learned how to draw Pulto!

I took some time to chill at the Wonderland Cafe and send out some e-mails, which was pretty neat!

Oh, and of course, I had to write a post for the DIS'ers!

I then found a pinball machine that I got addicted to pretty quickly! Hmmmm...wonder why...

Disney Quest was pretty fun! I can see why many kids would get addicted to it! Personally, I'd rather be riding on the real stuff, but if you want to stay cool and avoid all the lines, Disney Quest is a great place to check out!

Sounds like a fun day at Disney Quest! I haven't made it there the last couple of trips, but I love popping in for some Ms Pac Man on a lazy day!
