Hi All!

This is like the Never Ending Trip Report!

I just wanted to tell you to look for me & DH on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" today, Wednesday, April 4!

We went to the taping of the show on Saturday at Universal City Walk. It was a long, long day! We were in line by 8:00am hoping to get in and we did!

We got burnt to a crisp in the sun, but it was worth it!

The guests were John Stamos and John Mellencamp! I was so excited because I've been in love with John Stamos aka Uncle Jesse almost my entire life! I was so thrilled to see him! I am a "Full House" fan!

Ellen gave the audience all free Universal Annual Passes! This means we get next year passes for free! What a deal!

Look for us at the top right of your screen. I doubt we are any shots, but it is still fun to watch!

Oh thats so awesome!!! I love Ellen she is so funny and John Stamos for that matter lol. Haha John looks so scared in the dueling dragons picture . Looks like you guys had a great time and how lucky could you be to get annual passes!! Awesome!!!

I have missed Ellen being down there two years in a row. I was there last year after she taped and this year before. I love John Stamos too and if I would have known he was going to be a guest, I would have schedule my trip then...lol

I think Ellen is hillarious!!! That is awesome that you go free AP and that they let you have them for next year. I missed the show on TV though since I was working and moving.

My sister saw this Ellen show and she was shocked, just shocked that Universal was not a Walt Disney World. Seriously! This is when my kids let it out of the bag that "mom is a "WDW Closet Freak".

I will then begin my Disneyland Trippie & my report from the "Pirates of the Caribben: At World's End" World Premiere! I will post that here under the Disney Trip Reports, as usual!

My family is coming down for a week for our WDW family vacation and I'm sure I'll be adding tidbits in there about that Trip along the way with my others as well!

Hi! Newbie here, and pretty much a lurker, as well. I am planning to try a Pre TR and a TR for my next trip(s) whenever they may be. Hoping to get an AP and visit in Oct, Dec, and then May/June 08. Waiting to hear on a new job first.

Anyway, love the TR so far. I am only on page 10 though. Got lots more to read. When did you take this trip? Also, where can I find links to your other trip reports, esp the Wedding one (is there a Wedding one?)?

Love the house. From the outside it looks a lot like my boyfriend's parent's house. They live in Orlando also. I wonder you are close to them or if it was the same builder? Maybe builders all build similiar houses in Orlando? LOL, I don't know, just guessing.

Anyway, keep up the great work!

Hi all!

Well, the eye doctor appointment did not go well today at all. I have a type of sympton/illness that is caused by my contacts. I'm pretty much allergic to contacts! Isn't that awful!? I've been wearing them, since I was in middle school, so I don't understand why there would be an issue showing up now. It causes you to have swollen like pillows under your eye lids and I have them under both lids, but it is worse on the left one because that's the one bothering me. The doctor said there really isn't even a way to fix it and it'll still be there even a year from now! So, I just have to deal with an irritation, annoying, and painful eye forever!?

He gave me eye drops, which are a steroid to put in twice a day, but he said I can't use those forever because they can eventually cause more harm. I'm going to try to not wear contacts for awhile, but I'll still have to wear them evey now and then. My glasses are broken and aren't a strong enough lens, so I need to go get some new ones. I also think it may have to do with me changing my contact brand. Uggghhhh...

I know all about eye problems, so I am sorry you are having them. I had problems with my eyes for awhile...my eyes kept puffing up and getting swollen and getting junk in them and itching...it was kind of like pink eye in a way. I finally found out I have Dry Eye Syndrome - I don't produce enough tears - so when something gets in my eye, like a teeny tiny piece of dust, it feels huge and then if I mess with my eyes, trying to get the dust out, I end up irritating them. I have drops too, but they can make it worse, too.

So, I feel for you!

Not sure if you will see this before you leave, but do not miss Blue Bayou at DL. Also, the Matterhorn is awesome! I've been twice..once in 1980 - I was 7 or so - and once in 2002. Can't wait to read the report about it. Have you started it yet? If so, can we get the link??? Thanks.

Just wanted to say hi! I hope you're having a fabulous time at the world. I loved all the pics you posted. I seriously meant to go for a tattoo a while back. I said I'd either get "integrity" in Japanese symbols when I got into law school or "forever" when I got married. But I guess I chickened out

I sometimes have a hard time giving blood and have to psyche myself up.

I did pierce my bellybutton when DH and I first started dating and that was a piece of cake. I wore a blue bead as my something blue for the wedding

I hope the Orlando weather is beautiful!

I have several piercings and two tats (one is huge, on my back, and was added to several times over the years to make it that way) yet, I won't give blood AT ALL! So if you can give blood, even if you have to psyche yourself up, I think you can handle a tattoo! JMHO.

I know I'm totally late with this... but I have a very pressing question that must be answered for I too am on a quest to seek out the most handsome cap'n jack!

does he only make an appearance during that pirate training thing or can you see him during the day around adventureland??? Does it cost to do that pirate training thing or is it free? Is it before the parks open? basically, how can I get my money grubbin' hands on that cap'n? I've already told my DF that I'm going to meet jack and have my photo taken with him ... heck, maybe I'll run off with him and leave my DF behind! lol.
