We are about to get hit with another winter doozie!! 6-8" tonight at just about rush hour! Oh boy! Goodie, goodie, goodie....not!!!!! OK enough about the icky snow....all I know is my countdown timer is just a ticking away!! And the good thing about that is that I actually leave 10 days earlier than that to go to visit my family in sunny Fort Myers!! I am getting a bit excited!!!! Then, about a month after that....imagine the DIS mini meet!! Now Shep and Amanda, if you want to see Chicago, I will glady be your personal tour guide for a day. I don't laim t know everything there is to know about Chicago, but I know enogh to make me dangerous. And let me know if you wnat to spend lots of money, because I am sure we could wipe out the old wallet situation with one trip to the American Girl Doll store!! But it would definately keep you coming back
Remeber my dilema with Ashley's science project...and my trying to find a girlie girl project? Well, Ashley and I did her science project....much to her mother's dismay, about polor bear blubber and how it keeps polar bears warm. Well, yeterday Ashley told me I HAD to come over to her house. She needed my help...BAD. When I got there she gave me the biggest hug, showed me her certificate of acheivement and her A+ she got on her science project. She was so proud, as was I! I did have to laugh at the teacher's comments. One of them said it was a very good idea and very well thought out. Michele, (Ashley's mom, the woman who ALWAYS challenges me) thought this was the dumbest idea ever!!! I had a smile on my face from here to WDW! HA! So then I helped Ashley and Amanda with some posters for their school fun fair. I guess I am worthy, by Michele's standards, to a point. They all went out to celebrate Ashley's A+ for dinner and I wasn't invited. That really hurt, but Greg tried to make me feel better as we were cooking dinner. He used the old teflon pan analogy and told me to let it roll off, cause Michele is well...you all know the word I NEED to use.....Ashley's hug did make it worth it all!!!!
So now, on to the ketchup of all you mothy peeps....
Amanda sneated...hope you get to feeling better really soon!! If you guys decide to come to Chicago for the weekend...I promise to show you around in style!! Krispy Korn and all!! You will KNOW you have been to the city!!! Start planning!!!
Rose Mary sneated too.....I promise to take a nap for you today!! You get first dibs....just let me know when it's best for you!! Good luck with the volcano. Is this a science fair project? I just love the adult homework parents seem to get!! Go figure. I don't ever remember bringing home homework for my parents to do? Does anybody else?
Pammy....60 pages since Sunday...I am so jealous!! What fun, but what a chore at that pace!!! I hope you are enjoying scrapping!! I really should do some more pages in Ashely and Amanda's...but I have lost my drive. Maybe I should reconsider and start again. Goodness knows I have tons of pics. Hope the UPS guy is a cutie and the meeting goes well!! Glad to see you, as you are missed...a lot!!!
Elaine, how did if feel today getting up being older and all? Hope you had a great b-day!!! Your cake sounded wonderful. I seem to be craving cake lately!! What is up with that!!! I hope you got your drool fix in...I thought about sending you a bib so you would not embarass yourself too bad with all that slobber!! Glad to hear you had a great day...just think of the great year you have a head of you with all those concerts and Disney trips!!!!
Karen, I can also schedule a nap in for you!!! Again, doncha love that adult homework!! Good luck with getting it done and with the teacher!! Maybe if you wear your ultra clean, spiffy shoes, her mind will be so totally focused on your shoes that well, she forgets what she was gonna ask you

It is worth a try!!! Have a good day!!
Sherry, good luck with your weather as well. I would gladly give you the 6-8" we are supposed to getting later this afternoon. I think on Friday it is supposed to be rain, freezing rain and all out ICKY!!! Stay safe and warm!!
Nancy, you are so talkative lately!! Everything alright? How is that little kitty of yours? Hope the wallet is hanging in there as well. Barkley goes back for his checkup today and I am sure the vet has built a new house addition just this year from our vet bills. But the good thing is, we love and trust our vet!! That means a lot!!!
Beth, I sent Dan your dates and he is working on getting a DIS meet together!! Whoo hoo!!!It sounds like we could have lots of fun! Glad to hear choir practive was fun and Easter music is sounding good. I will let you know more details on the DIS meet as Dan figures out what is going on. It does suck that you don't get the intinerary until 2 days befroe...but we can definately work around that!!! Even if it means a private tour or get together. And fear not...your chauffer will be uniformed and ready for anything!!!!
Hi Dave!! Can't wiat to meet you !!!
PoohSue, sorry to hear you are struggling with meds!! Hope you get all that straightend out!! I can only imagine your struggles. It is hard enough to pinpoint stuff with meds for adults, but it must be so much harder with kids. Hugs to you and hope you get this figured out expediantly.

Tina, I can also nap for you today!! I have to agree with you as well on the Janet Jackson thing!!! Our neighbors dog ended up in our house the other day as well!! What is up with that? Glad to see you popping in!!!
