Anyone do the parks with arthritic knees? How do you deal with it in the parks? I really don't want to have to deal with scooters or even a cane, though a cane is a much better option than a scooter. Now that I've asked the question, let me back up some. I've had arthritis for sometime now, but in the last few months it's gotten worse. I have found some videos on YouTube of physical therapists who talk about arthritis and strengthening the knee, and I'm working on doing that, but wanted to hear from other people. How'd you handle going to the parks with your knee pain?
