sorry I haven't been around....Derek is working a regular 9-5 shift now so I get to spend more time with him in the evenings...and on school nights I don't get home till after 8:45...miss chatting with all of you.

I think you should really plan on coming!! I think I might be able to reccomend some nice as well as affordable hotels in my neck of the woods as well. I live about an hour away from the city...so it is a "nice" little commute and if you don't fell like driving, there is always the train! I am thinking this sounds like you better get planning!!!!!

Hey and maybe since Betha nd Dave already have a room....you guys could all be roomies!! Now how is that for cutting some costs?????

Speaking of dinner...oh I am in a pissy mood...I was just reading a bit of the breakfast fixin's thread and am now annoyed. WHY do people feel the need to exclaim, "EEEEW!" in reference to a food item or food combination that, however unusual, someone else finds delicious? Is it just me that finds that sort of thing rude? Why be so obviously narrow-minded?? I'm usually willing to try anything once but if I do find something that I absolutely COULD NOT eat but was in the presence of people who find it quite normal...I'd just politely say, "Unusual!", smile and demur....

Now...if PAM were to offer me HER cooking....did I say I'd ty almost anything once?

BTW, I did have a taste of kangaroo Saturday. It was fun to try, but very tuff!!! And I was able to hop all the way home

I must agree with you though....if you don't like it....well then just shut your mouth!!!!

Now, off to go read that thread and see what people are finding so repulsive!!!!

Steak sauce might not be a bad idea either!! Although, my idea of a good cover up is always cheese...cheese sauce, cheese slices, cheese shredded, cheese fries...oh I love cheese!!!

Honey....bring it on...ketchup, shredded cheese, A1, Grey Poupon (OMG...I spelled it "Grey POOPon" accidentally ), worcestershire sauce, mint jelly, tabasco sauce....when Pammy's in the kitchen we all need all the help we can get.

Kristy--your not alone I love ketchup with mac n cheese, and with my scrambled eggs. When I was a kid I also ate it on my mashed potatoes and corn. I am of the firm belief ketchup goes good with everything, lol. I now have a ds following in my footsteps. My aunt and her family always gave me such a hard time about eating ketchup with my eggs.
Now normally the only thing I ewwww about food is if I happen to see part of Fear Factory where someone is eating raw cow stomach or sheep uterus (wheres the barfie guy??).
Bought my first scrapbook fixins today--gonna give it a shot. Dh was home with the rest of us sickies.
