Can I just say that I hate negative and lazy people? I work with two people who are just sooooooo lazy and negative. All's they do is piss and moan about the work they have to do, and then pawn it off on someone else. And their attitudes are just horrible. They don't want to help anyone (except each other). Everyone else is this office helps each other.

Today I was enjoying the peace and quiet...I actually liked cleaning the house and doing laundry because I didn't have to wait or tiptoe not to disturb my niece from a nap..didn't have to wait for all the showers to be taken before the laundry or dishwasher was turned on...AND I even had 15 minutes to sit on my couch without having to move something or an almost 2 year old jumping on me..

Evening all...the file monster ate my tax return. I had constant "cannot save file " messages, and I figured it was no biggie, as I was just gonna efile. Nope, when I downloaded state, it disappeared. At least I know how much is coming back . But stupid glitch in the program-you can list the house you sold, but it doesn't allow you to enter the deductions for the house you bought. I think when I redo it, I will tell it I bought a house, then go back in and put in the house I sold in the forms.

I go back to the working world tomorrow. Doctor's appt in the AM, then back at 1:30 (I think). Guess I should enjoy the last relaxing evening, lol!

Suzanne, sorry about the tax eating monster. At least you know it is good news. DH did ours with Turbo and he just loves that program.

Had a bit of a stress night tonight. More of the kind of stuff that seems to be tugging on me in addition to all the lovelies I have already tossed in here and there. Tonight was trying to teach Mom how to read a diabetes test kit. Seems that at the young age of 87 she is having some high readings and needs to test daily. She got the kit, but no one instructed her how to use it. What a pair we made. I've never used one, seen anyone using one, or even seen one before tonight. So here we are totally sprawled out on the kitchen table with instructions. I do think we got her first attempt ok, but what an evening. Oh, and her level read 176 so she said that is not good. I guess I am going to be learning about something new soon. Right now, off to bed I go. I'm exhausted.

All, back from Melbourne. Should have stayed there. It was 75 degrees and nice out. Get back to the Jax area and it rainy, drizzly, foggy, schmoggy, yucky (get the pic?) here Anywho, get to town and traffic is all backed up. Get the peoples are getting here for the big Super bowl shin-dig .
Oh, Oh, Oh before I forget. A girl at work had some extra tickets for the NFL Experience that is going on downtown. I swore I was going no where near all the activities but, it is a once in a life time thing and DS has been hinting about it. So, we are going Sat. And guess what?????? I was looking at the map and the activities going on and you know what they have, huh,huh? A BAB booth How cool is that?
Sorry, total E-I-E-I-O Post but, my brain is tired after the major ketch-up I had to do after ya'll mothy peoples posted so much in a day and a half. Must get my bath and ready for bed so I can get up REALLY early tomorrow so I can get off REALLY early to beat some of the crazy traffic we are already having.

Today at Matthew's school I picked him up early because he is still not feeling very good yet and his math teacher made a special trip to the office to tell me his is behing since he has missed so much. Well duh! Do ya think? I said well I'm under the belief the school doesnt want my child here when he has the FLU!!
She acts like I took him on vacation--I sooo wish we were on vacation instead of having this flu crap!

Deena-Don't know how your schools are but, in Fl. the schools get $$ based on attendance. My sister was telling me that at her school (Melbourne) the principal won't let them send kids home that have head lice Can't believe it! They aren't even suppose to talk about it.

Okay...Our friends priced going the same time as us and it would cost the same amount of money just for the cruise portion...
But it would be nice to have a full time babysitter..but then who would be babysitting who?
