Evening Ya Yas!
Well, I'm settled into work for the night, and I'm working on a thumper of a headache too. Bleh. I just took some Advil, so let's hope that gets kicking soon. As I see some of you have noted, it's cold as all get out outside! Thanks to everyone for posting it, though. I wouldn't have thought to look at the temperature before I left for work if I hadn't see the frozen Ya-sicles scattered through the thread. (And yet, I 'do' weather for a living. Odd, no? heehee). Anyway, I dressed appropriately for our chilly office, so many thanks.
Liz, sorry your shopping wasn't as productive as Nancy's. Well, at least now you have some bargain-karma built up for next time. I admit I'm being Miss Lazy with the picture posting. I'll try to do better tomorrow. Sounds like you're in for a great weekend. We'll be needing a full run down with details on Monday, of course.
Karen, glad you're back in the real bed. That's gotta make for a much better sleep. I'm not a fan of sleeping aids, really, but I need something for this job with the way I'm always sleeping at different times. I find the Valerian just kind of lulls you off to sleep and then keeps you asleep for a good length of time. Actually I think it's better for keeping you asleep than it is for putting you to sleep. I hope it works out for you. We do the same 'alarm clock dance' your DH does, I'm afraid. It probably makes it harder to get up too, but we still do it.
Deena, well, I haven't heard of Bunco before, but it does sound like fun (particularly the playing for money bit - heehee).
Lily, sounds like you're rolling along with the ketchup. I'm going out of town this weekend, and I'm a little worried about how much mothiness is gonna happen in here. Hope your DH is feeling better soon, and that the cold bug doesn't get you too!
Stacy,

Hope today went better for ya. Those 'blah' days are really lousy. I'm sure you're not a failure. Avon and algebra are not the be-all and end-all (and I like math - heck, if you ever have any algebra questions, toss 'em my way). When I get like that, I usually go and find a trip report to read. A little dose of Mouse is a good pick me up, I find.
JRKaren, we always get General Tso's chicken. It's Scott's favorite (probably mine too). And we did have enough, but we ate the leftovers for dinner today. If only I'd read this earlier.... well, next time, I promise.

That's neat about KristaTX's mom getting so far in WWTBAM. Shame she didn't win though. My only time in the hot seat, it was something about Liza Minelli that did me in (I was still 3 away from the million point question though). Hope you're unfrozen now.
Elaine, sorry you couldn't find your brace. That must be really frustrating. Sounds like the weather's been pretty wild for you. I'll put in an order for milder and calmer for ya.
Amanda, hope work went well for you. Hang in there with the weight .. adding exercise will definitely make you gain muscle mass. It'll level off eventually though, and then you'll be losing like no one's business.
Hi Sherry! Hi Pam! Hi Rose Mary! Hi Susie! Hi Kristy! Hi Tina!
Nancy, glad the apartment things shopping went well. Sounds like a job for Ikea!

Glad the movie was good too. I'm looking for movie options as we might be headed to the one this weekend (we're going to Ottawa to visit some friends).
Beth, glad you're enjoying the wintery weather! I'll see if I can aim some more cold at you while I'm getting it off Elaine.
Tara, hope your headache is better. I don't think I sent you mine .. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a computer virus. *snerk* I will try to redirect your cold to Bethie too. Geez, I'm heading for a lot of work tonight.
Kimmie, I wore out my VHS Princess Bride too (actually, I think I wore out 2 Beta ones, then a VHS). Now I have 2 dvds, so I think I should be set for a while. The dress I used was actually not her wedding dress but blue one she wore earlier. My mom made it.
All righty, time to start moving this cold air around for my sistah's (ahh, if only I could .. of course, then I'd just end up being the next James Bond villian with the weather machine. snert) Anyway, time to do some work. Have a good evening, everyone! Hugs to all.
