I’d love some opinions of where a good last night at WDW family dinner, which also happens to be a child’s 7th birthday. 🥳 We will have already done a character breakfast. I’m not particularly interested in CRT or Be Our Guest. But, any other places in the parks or resorts that would be fun for a 2,4, and 7 year old. (And why if it’s not too much to ask - it’ll help me decide). We are getting close to the 60 day mark! Help! 😄

If you want to stay away from characters, two that I’d suggest (different price points) would be Round Up Rodeo BBQ and Beaches & Cream - both were hits with my kiddo who’s about the same age - they’re both festive and a little interactive (but not so much that it’s overpowering). HBD!

What kind of things does you 7 year old like? Do they have a favorite type of food?

I know my choice would have been Rainforest Cafe, I picked that for every birthday when we still had one nearby. But that may be a no go with the two littler ones.

Are you on the dinning plan? Where you staying? Gender of the birthday kid? How many people. So many factors
No dining plan. 8 adults (parents - us, adult daughters and their husbands), 3 littles (F-7, M-4, F- 2). Staying at OKW but will probably be in a park (TBD which one) at dinner time.

No favorite food… depends on her mood - ha,ha. Probably not seafood unless it’s salmon. She is not into classic/older Disney shows. Likes the newer ones - Moana, Mirabel (sorry, name of show is escaping me me), Wish (I think that’s Disney…?). Very into arts and crafts and sports. Thanks!

Mirabel is at 1900 park fare. 1900 park fare isn’t really a character meal but a princess one and it’s more upscale. The food is actually pretty good to boot. This is a uniquely Disney meal and where I would take my daughters for dinner for their birthday (assuming I’m on the dinning plan cause the price tag is pretty hefty. Like where else but Disney can you dine with princesses? But when they are under 9 the dinning plans a good deal. The price would be over $500 easily though.

dinning plan for kids under 9 isn’t a bad deal
