Try a different browser or device? I haven't had any problems. If that doesn't work, and clearing your cache / rebooting your computer doesn't work, call DCL.

Turn off wifi on your phone and see if you can get on the website without using your wifi. If that works, I'd try rebooting your router. Sometimes DNS can get messed up and necessitates rebooting it. If the website works for everything except your account though I'd call DCL unfortunately (I say unfortunately since there might be a long wait)
