Continued from previous post
(Sorry everyone for the delay between the continuation of my update - work got uber busy, then life stuff, and my computer was acting strangely...but now I'm back ready to finish this update!)
Joe went off to Soarin and Henry was downing the Mac & Cheese with no problem, along with his applesauce.
He was a happy happy camper and I was relieved that he wasn't throwing up.

About 1/3 of the way through the meal he gagged.
Uh-oh.
And out it all came.
And came and came. (Not quite the Chef Mickey's Incident thankfully!!)
And I was alone in Sunshine Seasons.
I had a bunch of napkins, but quickly went through them. Henry was crying-he just wanted more Mac & Cheese!
Then a very magical moment happened. And not a traditional magic moment. There was no certificate, and no awarding of DVC for 50 years, or a nights stay in Cinderella's Castle (sigh). But at that moment it was just what I needed....
A WONDERFUL mom came up and handed me a bunch more napkins-which were very needed. I thanked her a hundred times over. I went through those very quickly and started to pull out the wipes when she came by again, asking if I needed anything, and if I was alone. I explained my husband was on Soarin', but I was okay - just a bit panicked and frazzeled. She said she would get me more napkins, and I thanked her again.
SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL!!!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you napkin lady!
Her daughter came back with a HUGE stack of napkins and smiled at me. It was just what I needed in the moment. It really helped calm me down.
After I got Henry, myself, and the table all cleaned up I gave Henry the rest of his applesauce. He still wanted the Mac & Cheese and just did not understand why he couldn't have it...my poor little guy!
Joe came back and I explained what happened, he felt TERRIBLE for me (and Henry). Henry was still hungry (doing his 'food' sign over and over!), so Joe said he would go find something else for Henry to eat while I rode.
So that is what we did! I tried to just let the whole incident go and enjoy Soarin' and thankfully, I was able to - Henry was obviously not in pain, or disturbed by the throwing up, and Joe was getting him food.
After another awesome ride on Soarin' (love that ride!), I found my boys - and I cannot remember what Joe got for Henry, but when I found them he was a very happy little guy, YAY! And thankfully we also had extra clothing with us.
This whole incident just confirmed inside of me it was the milk. It HAD to be - I felt awful for feeding it to him, but a little part of me just kept hoping he would be okay and hold it all down.
But, that obviously was not the case, something was really not jiving with the milk and Henry...it was baffling.
Since Henry was feeling fine and happy, we went over to Nemo, which was a walk-on.
From the queue
This is a cute ride that we knew what to expect, and we knew Henry loved it!
And he loves the fish tanks after it too, we took quite a bit of time in here, going upstairs and enjoying all the tanks.
We opted not to do Turtle Talk with Crush because it was getting closer to our ADR time. That night we would be dining at Spoodles (another first), at the Boardwalk resort!
We were excited to use the International Gateway,
and walk to BWI, another first for us.
We are simple. Things like this are thrilling.
What a nice walk! So pretty too! I can see why BWI and BC dwellers call this "their entrance".
(maybe someday we can too!)
I had no idea what to expect at Spoodles, I had never seen interior shots from the restraunt. The moment we entered the doors I thought, "This is LL's dream!" beautiful light fixtures, all different, decorated the ceiling. It was really beautiful!
Very soon our names were called and we were led to a table just inside the doors - I wasn't too keen on the location at first, but later became pretty thankful of it's close proxmity to the doors...
Up next: "Hello, welcome to Spoodles. Thank you for dining with us tonight."
