Would you book a desert party for watching wishes. If you weren't really going for the desserts just wanted prime viewing spots and didn't want to use a FP on them.

Depends on how many in your party and what you are willing to pay for a 'good' viewing spot. I cancelled mine after careful consideration... $70+ for 3 people wasn't what I was willing to part with for a 'good' spot as I know we wouldn't eat many of the desserts at all.

No. I wouldn't book the dessert party even for the desserts.

Where it was "prime" for viewing, when we went everyone was standing and jammed up by the rail trying to see. I thought we were going to be able to sit and enjoy a treat and fireworks. That wasn't the case.

I have. I like to video the fireworks shows and it makes it easier to just lean up against the rail then try to stand out in the open in the crowd with a tripod.

Not a chance as it's highly overpriced. There's plenty of great spots to watch the fireworks from that are free

No, I wouldn't do it just for the fireworks. Use a FP+ for a spot.

It's expensive and the view is not necessarily the best. You do get to see Tinkerbell fly right above you. Everyone typically crowds to the rail to watch the fireworks so while the spot is good, it's not like you can sit, relax and have desserts while watching. Just my opinion. And the desserts were OK, not great, but OK.

I've heard of the dessert party and would like to try it but I'm sold on the pirate and palls firework voyage its a treat you get sweets and character interactions then you get to be waterside facing the MK for a viewing of the nightly fireworks hands down best viewing!!
