We havent been in several years, but they use to allow children to wake tinkerbell if they were the first into the store in fantasyland, do they still do this?

No they changed the store, there is now the BBB photo sessions in there. They also have princess merchandise in there!

No. Tink's Treasures is no more.

Well yes, but can't you still ask to ring the bell to summon her? I know it's considered a bit of a "watering-down", but the little ones don't seem to care....

There is no longer a STORE in that location.

After they first cut the original store into two different stores (one in which you COULD still "summon Tink,")
they then (less than a year later) closed that new store, and now the location does not offer any kind
of "summoning Tink."

The location is now a place to deal with BBB photos.

I stand corrected. I did not realize the split store was already gone. I have socks that survived longer than that.

I can confirm, sadly, that this store is no longer there. Our arrival date on our first family trip to WDW last year was the last day this store was open and then it closed for remodel and to become a Boutique Photo Op location. I will say, however, thanks to the awesome cast member who alerted us that it was closing that night, that we were able to get over there just before fireworks that night and they allowed my oldest DD to summon Tinkerbell and get pixie dusted, and she was the last one to do it before the shop closed for good. We video taped it and I'm so glad as that's an experience she truly will never get again. So yes, the store is no longer there and as such,you can no longer summon Tink.
