ok so I just called to try book the seat for baby for next year
got the virgin call center in India, and after 30 mins trying to explain what I want got hung up on, because she couldn't understand me! yes I do have a Yorkshire accent but it isn't a very strong one.
She couldn't even understand my address!
so got no where
is there any way of contacting the UK call center?

You have my sympathies with the staff at the Indian call centre having no clue.
. They need to shut it down and only use UK call centre staff who can be clearly understood and take the time to do the job correctly then people will use their services more.
Do you think its because they want your money!!!!!
