VA Back pay--anyone else get this?

I got this postcard about a class action suit against the VA. Essentially it says that a health care professional that worked anytime between Sept 1995 to now may be eligible to receive back pay with interest.

It directed me to a website that started out but saying "this is not a scam" so of course now I'm suspicious. The website is vabackpay.com

Anyone else get this postcard?

I did... it didn't apply to me.

But I heard that it was real.
